Leeds United bounced back from a narrow defeat against QPR in style as they smashed West Brom 4-0 to maintain pressure on league leaders Norwich City.
It took the Whites only seventeen seconds to open the scoring as Spaniard Pablo Hernandez blasted one in the top corner from outside the penalty box.
They could have easily doubled their lead within a few minutes after some sublime passing football but Tyler Roberts’ effort went straight to the West Brom Albion keeper.
They eventually struck the second of the night with Patrick Bamford who scored in both halves to increase the lead to three goals to nil.
Macedonian international Ezgjan Alioski put the final nail in the coffin as he tapped a Jamie Shackleton cross home.
With this vital win, Leeds are now placed second on the table, only two points behind league leaders Norwich City.
And Leeds’ January signing Kiko Casilla, who mostly played the part of a spectator against West Brom, took it to micro-blogging site Twitter to congratulate the team and the supporters.
Have a look at it here.
Another magical night with our people in Elland Road!
Brilliant match from the whole team!
Happy for my first clean sheet with you!
But we need to go on working hard together for next weeks!

It was the first clean sheet for the ex-Real Madrid superstar in Leeds colours in what was his third appearance for the Whites.
Casilla, who has won as many as three Champions Leagues with Real Madrid, decided to make the switch when the Spanish side swooped up Belgian international Thibaut Courtois from Chelsea this summer.
Leeds United still have a long way to go before securing the automatic qualification spot for the Premier League next season and as the Catalonian shot-stopper pointed out, they’ll need similar performances in the weeks to come to make the dream come true.
He’s already a legend after talking like this.
