It is certainly not the first time that Mason Bennett has found himself in hot water.
The Derby County forward, on loan to fellow Championship side Millwall, was arrested back in September and charged with drink-driving following an incident which left club captain Richard Keogh injured and eventually sacked by the club.
This year brings no change either, with the continuation of poor performances along with the following incident leaving the English international with no place to hide.
Mason uploaded a Snapchat story in which he drove around the Pride Park Stadium yelling ‘f*cking burn’.
The video got the Rams faithful riled up with anger for the lack of respect shown by Bennett towards his parent club.
The video was soon deleted from Mason’s official handle but still found its way online.

Mason has now released an apology tweet, stating that there was no intention to harm the integrity of his parent club.
He further clarified that the video was supposed to be an inside joke between him and his friend, Shinz, whose picture appeared on the way.
There is a picture of my good friend shinz and it was a joke to him.
