Bundesliga players vote Jurgen Klopp as best manager in the world

Jurgen Klopp, Liverpool

Jurgen Klopp is the world’s best manager according to Bundesliga players.

In a season-ending survey by German publication Kicker, Klopp secured a mammoth 74.8% of the votes while his nearest rival Pep Guardiola could only manage 13% of the votes.

Strong case for Klopp

Guiding the Reds to their sixth European Cup last season, Klopp has managed to bring the Premier League title to Merseyside this time around.

This feat has written Klopp’s name in the Liverpool and Premier League folklore and will be fondly remembered by the Kop for years to come.

The title also means that Liverpool have now won 19 English titles, only one behind long term rivals Manchester United.

In addition, Klopp has managed to build a team which has the potential to run riot against arguably any team in the world.

Led by a devastating front three of Salah, Mane and Firmino, engineered by tireless midfielders in Fabinho, Wijnaldum and the captain Henderson, and finally guarded by a defensive wall led by Van Dijk and Alisson, this Liverpool side is a scary prospect to face.

You may prefer Pep, Zizou, Flick or Simeone over him, but you can’t deny that the Bundesliga players certainly have a point here. Check out the result of the survey below –
