Leeds United concluded their Championship season in style with a 4-0 victory against Charlton. The champions will soon be kicking the ball again in the top-flight next season after a 16-year exile.

The atmosphere revolving around the club is beaming with ecstasy, and celebrations are now in full flow. Despite the party mood, many at Leeds have already set their sights on the next season.

Going into the Premier League, the Whites need to be ready on both sporting and financial fronts. Holding on to the squad’s key players will be crucial against the giants of the top-flight who are prepared to pounce on Leeds’ players.

Ben White is a prime example of the situation. On loan from Brighton, the defender has had a stellar season with Leeds. The 22-year-old centre-back has been the pillar in the Marcelo Bielsa’s defence line.

Given his impressive performances, Brighton were ready to welcome their prodigy. Graham Potter even assured the seagulls faithful that White would be part of the Brighton team next season.

However, Ben’s love for Leeds was evident in a recent clip that went viral amongst the Whites faithful. The player was caught on tape fully sloshed vibing to Leeds United anthem ‘Marching on Together’ in a bar.

As if that weren’t proof enough, White’s fellow teammate Ian Poveda’s antics on his live Instagram session have sent a strong signal to the fans that Ben is there at Leeds to stay.

After lifting the Championship trophy at Elland Road, emotions ran wild as the whole Leeds family celebrated the occasion.

Leeds winger Ian Poveda held a long Instagram live session showcasing the after-party to his fans. At one instance, the 20-year-old went straight towards Ben White to congratulate him for his goal on the night and went on to explicitly mention that White is going to stay at the club.
