Chelsea’s FA Cup final defeat to Arsenal was a major disappointment for fans as the club is likely to finish this season empty-handed.
As such, expectation is already high for next season and the supporters are already optimistic seeing their new blockbuster signing hanging out with his new teammate.
New signing Timo Werner and fullback Reece James are already beginning to form a partnership together as the duo was spotted hanging out in the Selfridges departmental store located on Oxford Street.
While James has been part of the Chelsea youth setup since 2006, Werner joined the club this summer from RB Leipzig as the Londoners activated his £ 47.5 million release clause, on a five-year contract.
The German international, known for his acceleration and pace, has already started training with the Blues but will have to wait for his first-team debut as the club still has to finish their Champions League campaign for this season, with a meeting against Bayern Munich in the round of 16.

Juicy linkup on the cards next season
A deadly striker like Werner loves deliveries from the flanks and youngster James could be the man to feed in crosses from the right.
Fans are already excited about the link-up play between the two, which could continue for years to come.
After witnessing his fellow England teammate Alexander-Arnold become one of the world’s best-attacking fullbacks at Liverpool, James can learn and replicate the same form next season with Timo upfront.
