Neymar was awarded the Man Of The Match award for one of his best performances for the French giants after a dramatic quarter-final win over Atalanta B.C. in the Champions League.
But it was the former Stoke City striker, Eric Choupo-Moting who came on late in the match and played a crucial role in securing both the goals that won the game for PSG.
The Brazilian star recognised these contributions by Choupo-Moting and handed over his MOTM award to the African Star and also went on and crashed (as a token of appreciation) his post match interview.
The 31 year old Cameroon captain was brought in by Thomas Tuchel on the 79th minute and this 11 minute cameo by Choupo-Moting turned out to be eventful after he lofted the ball over to Neymar who played it in for Marquinhos to equalize in the dying moments of the match.
Three minutes later, he went on and scored the winner for PSG after converting a timely pass from Mbappe.
Not just Neymar, Choupo-Moting was later praised for his performance by his manager Thomas Tuchel and by his fellow teammate and former Manchester United man Ander Herrera.
What’s a summer night in Portugal for Eric Choupo-Moting if he has done it on a cold rainy night at Stoke!
