When Mo Salah made Kieran Tierney ‘dab’ in the raucous Liverpool win against Arsenal

One of the deadliest players in world football makes Arsenal fullback look silly

Reds continued their winning start as Arsenal experienced the full wrath of the sheer juggernaut that is this current Liverpool team.

The defending champions took up a notch and came back from behind to beat Arsenal 3-1 at fortress Anfield.

Goals from Sadio Mané, Andy Robertson and Diogo Jota cancelled out an Alex Lacazette’s opener, as fans revelled in beating top 4 rivals back-to-back in the early, testing part of the season.

Arsenal couldn’t make the lead last for more than a couple of minutes, as they capitulated in midfield and Mané made them pay from a rebound coming off of a Mo Salah effort.

After being fed the ball by Trent Alexander-Arnold, Salah cut it into familiar territory on his left foot leaving an unfortunate Kieran Tierney on the deck as he shot at goal: only to be saved by Bernd Leno and then to be tapped up home by Mané.

The Liverpool faithful found Tierney’s failure of an attempt to keep the Egyptian at bay incredibly humorous, as multiple accounts on Twitter pointed out that the Tierney seems to be “dabbing” as Salah feinted past him with ease –

The Gunners didn’t really have much of a foothold themselves after Liverpool equalized, as they soon fell behind to the goal from Andy Robertson: the luckier Scottish fullback on the night.

Losing their footing to go down amusingly when taken on is one of the last things that a defender in the modern game wants in this generation dominated by social media platforms, and most of them don’t have a choice when faced by world-class attackers of the calibre of Liverpool’s Mo Salah.
