Tottenham Hotspur went top of the Premier League table for a short period of time on Sunday as Harry Kane showed why he is the best ‘all-round’ striker in the league at the moment.
Snatching a last-minute win had Jose Mourinho talking about Spurs’ title-winning credentials (with a special Jose twist) after the match and why wouldn’t he, with one of the best strikers of our generation at his disposal.
I could say that this team could be champions in many European countries. It’s so difficult in the Premier League though. There are so many good clubs.
Jose Mourinho after West Brom win
To put it simply, in very few words, Harry Kane was everywhere in the 1-0 win against West Brom.
A new footage doing the rounds online shows Kane’s best bits during the game.
Besides the all-important goal, the Englishman, quite frequently, dropped in the middle and even in the defence for his team’s cause.
The 27-year-old further spiced it up with a few Zlatan-type flicked passes while he was at it.
Hope everyone appreciates this playmaking clinic as much as we did –
PS – We absolutely reject this list of top 10 strikers so far in the season from BBC.
Although it is fan-voted, the fact that Harry Kane doesn’t even feature in the list suggests it needs to be completely ignored.
