Manchester United are reportedly looking for a new shirt sponsor as their contract with Chevrolet will run out by the end of next year.

Notorious football kit website Footy Headlines has leaked the likely colour scheme for the club’s away kit next season, and some creative fans on Twitter have taken on the mantle of responsibility to illustrate how their kits might look like next season with a new sponsor.

The away kit consists of a minimalistic white shirt with the kit manufacturers’ logo, the club crest and the sponsor logo all imprinted in blue.

The shirt is modelled on Adidas’ basic templates for their kits, consisting of their trademark three stripes on the sleeves along with a round collar, accompanied with white shorts with stripes in blue. The kit in discussion features the Haier logo as the future shirt sponsor.

The away kit serves as a fresh contrast from darker away and alternate kits in recent years, and serves as a pleasant throwback to a very similar white and blue away kit from the 2008/2009 season.
