Romelu Lukaku has scored 19 goals for an Inter Milan side that sit at the top of the Serie A table this season.
The 27-year-old continues to perform at an extremely high level even on the international level as well as he saved Belgium the blushes by scoring the all-important equaliser against the Czech Republic last night.
Roberto Martinez’s side were pegged back early in the second half with debutant Lucas Provod letting it rip from distance to make it 1-0 for the home side.
The lead however didn’t last for long as Kevin De Bruyne showed his class with a threaded ball for Lukaku who found the back of the net after he had turned Ondrej Celustka inside-out with his footwork.
Someone tell Big Rom that Celustka has a family (goal appears around 03.50 mark) –
Romelu Lukaku is the prime example of how to use criticism as fuel to achieve success. The former Chelsea and Manchester United striker has seen himself being mocked heavily for his weight and first touch in the past.
But it is a credit to the Belgian that he has not let it weigh him down and instead feeds off it as seen by his exploits since joining the Serie A giants back in 2019.
