Kelechi Iheanacho scored an outstanding goal as Leicester City came from behind to boost their Champions League hopes with a 2-1 win against Crystal Palace.
Wilfried Zaha had put his side ahead in the 12th minute at the King Power Stadium but Leicester completed a remarkable comeback in the second half with goals from Timothy Castagne and Iheanacho.
The Nigerian striker showed pure striker’s instinct with the match-winner as he brought a long pass from Jonny Evans down, swivelled inside, and smashed the ball into the roof of the net.
It was Iheanacho’s 14th goal in as many games as the Foxes continue to hover above Chelsea in the 3rd position in the Premier League points table.
It has been a remarkable turnaround by the former Manchester City player as he’s gone from being considered a big-money flop to becoming a genuine hero for Brendan Rodgers’ side.
