The Three Lions will look to put all rivalries behind them as they gear up for their 2020 European Championship Round of 16 clash against Germany.
But the players all hailing from the worst of rivals in the Premier League often want the steal the show away from each other – an instance of which happened between Phil Foden and Marcus Rashford in England training.
Footage featuring the two Manchester-born footballers went viral on social media platforms, as fans were amazed by the astonishing skill put on display by the pair.
It was Foden of Manchester City who was juggling a football on camera, showing incredible technique as he performed a number of keepy-uppys with his shins – a very hard skill, even more so when shins are involved.
The blonde-haired Foden showed glimpses of Gascoigne as he kept the ball up and shot it high into the air – but it was his teammate Rashford from Manchester United who showed astonishing finesse to bring the ball down to the ground with an amazing first touch.
If the midfielder from the blue half of Manchester looked like he had the ball under his spell, the forward from the red half of Manchester looked like he had just plucked the ball out of thin air like it meant nothing.
The video garnered a lot of applause and reaction from the online football community as it featured two of the best footballers that Manchester has to offer in the present day, showing their skills off ahead of a very big match against Germany coming up next week.
Be it City or United, the England faithful will want both of their most promising guns to go all guns blazing – to make a name for themselves on the international stage, and push England onto the quarter-finals.
