Neymar produced a wonderful assist when he wriggled away from three opponents to find a way to tee up Lucas Paqueta on a pitch that did not deserve to see such quality of football.
Brazil dominated the game but couldn’t find their finishing boots as much as they would have liked as the Selecao booked their spot in the Copa America finals after beating Peru 1-0 at the Olympic Stadium in Rio De Janeiro.
Goalkeeper Pedro Gallese turned on the beast mode for the Peruvians as he denied Brazil several chances to score but was left helpless when the Paris Saint-Germain striker nutmegged a defender and then pulled it back for Paqueta to side-foot it home.
With Neymar and Lionel Messi both turning out to be two of the best performers in Copa America so far, a juicy final could be on the cards as Brazil will face the winner between Colombia and Argentina.
