N’Golo Kante continues to establish his reputation as one of the most unique footballers in the world.

When you think of the little Frenchman a lot of things come to mind, a lovable personality, an adorable smile, a magnificent midfielder among others.

There’s often been a great debate among pundits and fans alike regarding Kante’s ideal position, especially during Maurizio Sarri’s tenure when he was often deployed in advanced positions.

He adjusted to the challenge and slowly but surely, the attacking side of his game began to flourish.

Under Tuchel, Kante has repeatedly reaffirmed his effectiveness going forward especially in the Champions League-winning campaign last season.

His signature deft touches and subtle body feints are very effective at fooling defenders and there’s been a few examples this season already.

In the 1-0 defeat against Manchester City, Kante had a personal highlight as he sent Rodri diving face-first into the grass with the simplest of manoeuvres executed to perfection.

Following it up with another magnificent piece of skill in the 3-0 victory over Leicester City on Saturday, Kante had Wilfred Ndidi on a Slip ‘N Slide.

In a clip going viral on Twitter, Kante picks up the ball in midfield and with a swift touch turns away from the chasing Ndidi, a manoeuvre that left the Foxes midfielder slipping and sliding on the ground.
