Bukayo Saka’s meteoric rise at Arsenal is the stuff of dreams.
He joined Arsenal’s academy at the age of 7 before eventually graduating and signing a professional contract with the Gunners.
Ever since his senior debut, the Three Lions international has rarely let an opportunity go by and now has firmly cemented himself as a pivotal figure at Arsenal.
Among the many admirers of the 20-year-old are the likes of Thierry Henry, Alan Shearer, and John Terry. With the former Blues legend even taking to Instagram to heap praise on Saka, posting a story with the caption “I love @BukayoSaka87. Constantly gets me off my seat. So exciting to watch”.
And Saka’s ability to produce magical moments which garner ovations from far and wide was at display once again during Arsenal’s trip to Leeds.
An excellent Arsenal display saw the visitors run riot at Elland Road, putting 4 goals past a heavily depleted Leeds.
Amongst the highlights for Gunners was once again Bukayo Saka, producing an impressive performance and even grabbing a goal in the process.
One moment, in particular, gained a lot of popularity amongst Gooners and it showcases the thundering pace Saka operates at.
In the clip, Saka can be seen running alongside Leeds fullback Stuart Dallas who looked to snatch the ball off the English international.
However, showing excellent awareness, Saka taps the ball away from Dallas’ path, which meant that the fullback could only turn around and watch his efforts go to waste.
Saka then goes on to drop veterans Dallas and Ayling on their backs by simply feigning to go the other way.
The pace at which the dribble was executed was too hot to handle for the Leeds players as they both hit the turf, capping off a wonderful piece of composure and skill from Saka.
This is absolutely outrageous, Saka really sat them both down at once😭 pic.twitter.com/z653wWx2r1
