Before the commencement of the Premier League winter break, Chelsea gaffer Thomas Tuchel stated that he felt that his players were mentally tired due to the rapid scheduling of fixtures in the League.

With the much-needed 2-week break now active, Blues players have jetted off to various locations to rest and recharge, some have even opted to venture out alongside a fellow teammate.

Mason Mount took to Instagram and posted a few pictures of how his time away from the pitch is shaping out to be.

Going by the pictures, the English international looks to be spending his vacation in Miami along with Blues midfielder Jorginho.

The pair were in attendance for an NBA game featuring the city’s own Miami Heat and New York Knicks.

The pair also posed for pictures with Heat stars Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo, and also exchanged personalized jerseys.

Mount decided to shoot some hoops himself, albeit with a twist.

As seen in a TikTok posted by the 23-year-old, he used some tricks from his trade to deposit the basketball into the net, opting to kick the ball instead of throwing it.

Aside from the midfield duo, German compatriots Kai Havertz and Timo Werner also opted to travel together.

It came to light after the latter posted pictures on his Instagram.

The pair appear to be travelling in the Middle East with their partners going by the images.

In the images, the duo and their partners can be seen standing in a vast swathe of golden sand, essentially a desert safari.

By the looks of it, they are using a dune buggy to traverse through the expansive stretches of sand.

The third and final Blue duo, at least so far, is Romelu Lukaku and Hakim Ziyech.

The pair are known to be good friends off the pitch and pictures of the two vacationing together emerged yesterday.

Their location seems unclear but considering just how far apart their teammate’s journeys are, they could quite literally be anywhere.
