Chelsea FC, aside from being a football giant, is also widely popular internationally.
The club’s popularity draws in admirers from many different parts of the globe, including plenty of celebrities.
Famous Blues supporters include the likes of Gordon Ramsay, Jeremy Clarkson, Bill Clinton, and even Premier League legend Peter Crouch grew up as a Chelsea fan.
The latest addition to this list is the popular American actor, Timothee Chalamet.
For the uninitiated, the 26-year-old hails from New York and is an Academy Award-nominated actor, who most recently starred in the 2021 Sci/Fi epic, ‘Dune’. He started off his career as a child actor and made his television debut in the long-running series ‘Law & Order’. Since then, the actor has earned plenty of fame and acclaim for his performances.
His links to Chelsea began in 2020, as the actor was spotted walking through Notting Hill while sporting a black cap with the Blues’ crest emblazoned on it. Another such picture has fueled these links, as the actor once again donned the same cap.
This time it occurred at Coachella, the annual star-studded music festival.
Chalamet was spotted in multiple casual outfits, both of which shared one similar element. He sported the baseball cap with Chelsea’s crest emblazoned on it in both fits, representing the Blues in California. This lucky fan was able to get a picture with the actor, and the cap can be seen in close proximity.
Considering that both images have arrived 2 years apart, and the cap appears to be the same, Chalamet certainly looks to be a Blue.
