Look: Neymar Congratulates Nice Player Who Made Him Look SIlly

PSG came up against OGC Nice at the Parc Des Princes last night, the former club of current manager Christophe Galtier.

The Parisiens managed to walk away with 3 points on the night, although it was far from routine.

Nice proved to be a stern backline to breach through, although, it eventually wavered to a bit of Leo Messi magic.

The Argentine picked the top corner perfectly and unleashed a sublime free-kick, one which left Kasper Schmeichel frozen in his tracks.

With the scores 1-0, both sides went into the dugout for the break, following which the visitors came back in a spirited fashion.

Nice pounced on some sloppy defending by PSG and found an equalizer through Gaetan Laborde.

Eventually, Galtier turned to his ace on the bench and subbed on Kylian Mbappe.

The Frenchman connected with a cutback, and converted from close range, giving Paris the win.

Out of the MNM trio, while Messi and Mbappe managed to impress, Neymar had a rather frustrating evening.

The Brazilian managed to complete just one of his dribbles while losing out on 10 ground duels.

He was also the most fouled player on the night (4), and on the receiving end of a filthy nutmeg.

Usually, it’s the Brazilian skillster who’s dishing out the damage, however, he ended up getting a taste of his own medicine at the hands of Youcef Atal.

Atal sends ball through Neymar’s legs.

The fullback effortlessly slid the ball through Neymar’s legs and breezed past him.

A humiliating moment, but Neymar, in a touch of class, took it on the chin.

Neymar shakes hands with Atal after getting nutmegged by him.

While jogging back into position, the 30-year-old congratulated Atal, a moment which has been doing the rounds online since.

Typically, players with big personalities react aggressively to being outdone, and seeing Neymar being a class act is a breath of fresh air.

His reaction is especially admirable when you consider how opponents tend to react to his displays of skill, which usually involve plenty of fouls.

PSG currently sit at the top of Ligue 1, with 2nd placed Marseille only 2 points away.
