Everything We Know About Christian Pulisic And His Alleged Girlfriend Natalie Burkholder

Chelsea forward and USMNT star Christian Pulisic is easily amongst the brightest talents to emerge from the US, as such, he’s a constant subject of interest.

Known to many as ‘Captain America’ or the ‘LeBron James of soccer’, the 24-year-old is certainly America’s most popular football player, and naturally, his name attracts plenty of speculation.

From his family background to rumors surrounding a future transfer, information on Pulisic covers all bases. Well, aside from a pretty glaring area – his relationship status.

The Chelsea man has suffered a pretty average season by his standards, having been on the sidelines of the Blues’ first team for a decent part of the year.

Hampered by a string of niggling injuries, Pulisic has made just 18 appearances in Blue, 11 of which came as a substitute. 

With competition for the forward slots tighter than ever, the 24-year-old will likely find it difficult to cement a starting place, although he certainly has the talent to do so. 

Fortunately, he has fared far better with the USMNT, Pulsiic remains the Yankees’ talisman and he even led them to the Round of 16 at the Qatar World Cup.

While the progression of Pulisic’s football career remains to be seen, for now, we’ve managed to gather some information surrounding his rumored girlfriend.

Does Christian Pulisic have a girlfriend?

The forward has managed to avoid speculation around this topic for quite some time, as he never appeared to be dating at all during the past few years, or at least in the public eye.

Nevertheless, eagle-eyed fans got a first glimpse at his potential partner back in 2021.

Pulisic was attending an MLS game between Inter Miami and Orlando City, and the cameras captured the person seated alongside him.

The woman next to him was identified as Natalie Burkholder, and she has been romantically linked to USMNT International ever since.

The original theory was spawned after assessing numerous factors, including the very obvious one – she was seated right next to Pulisic, who isn’t exactly accessible to the public. 

She was also seen wearing a Mateo Kovacic top, who happens to be Pulisic’s teammate.

But the most telling discovery was the fact Pulisic follows her Instagram account, and considering the disparity between their follower counts, this is certainly no accident.

The theory was further fueled by another picture of the pair together.

On this occasion, the two were pictured closer together, with Natalie embracing the Chelsea forward.

Needless to say, these findings cannot be considered concrete evidence, after all, Burkholder might be Pulisic’s relative. 

Her choice of kit in the 2021 image actually supports this idea, since the forward has Croatian heritage, and the Kovacic top certainly suggests that she might have Croatian links as well.

While this rumor remains unconfirmed for now, it wouldn’t be surprising to see the pair become official in the future.
