Jude Bellingham has become the newest love for Real Madrid fans after having an incredible start to his career with Los Blancos. He’s already scored 10 goals in as many appearances for the Spanish heavyweights and is already an early favourite for the 2024 Ballon d’Or.
Even though he might be tearing apart teams on the pitch, Bellingham is still a young lad in reality. The 20-year-old is still getting settled into his new life in Madrid after the move from Borussia Dortmund and still lives with his family members.
Not only that, but it also seems that he needs some help from the family to get to Real Madrid’s training session. Bellingham’s mother is the one who drives him to training every day because the 20-year-old is yet to learn to drive or get his driving license in Spain.
He only moved to Madrid a few months back and it can often take months for one to obtain a driving license in Spain. Bellingham obviously doesn’t have that much to devote his entire time into driving lessons to accelerate the license process and it seems that he’s comfortable being driven to training too.
However, in a case that Bellingham’s mother can’t drive him to training, he often rides along with a close buddy from the Real Madrid squad according to The Athletic journo Mario Cortegana. Indeed, Vinicius Jr is reportedly the one who often drives him to the Real Madrid training facility in case his mom can’t make it.
Vini obviously has his own license as he’s been staying in Spain for so many years. It seems that he has developed a really close bond with Bellingham, with the two having great chemistry both on and off the pitch.
Real Madrid fans will only hope that their bond prospers going forward and that Bellingham x Vini Jr can guide them to many major trophies for years to come.
