Manchester United new-boy Joshua Zirkzee introduced himself to Old Trafford in style by scoring the winner in their 1-0 win over Fulham to kick off the 2024/25 Premier League season.
In what was his official debut for the Red Devils, it only took the Dutchman around 26 minutes to make instant impact as a substitute and score the winner.
The 23-year-old forward is an unconventional player. That’s in the sense he’s 6’4 but moves around with grace and elegance of someone much smaller.
Zirkzee is now fighting to make himself an indispensable part of Erik ten Hag’s plans at Old Trafford and also appears to be enjoying the good life outside the pitch.
Zirkzee, who comes from a relatively humble background, has also found a loveable girlfriend in Celina Kerr.
The two have been together for quite a few years now and are likely to have met each other during Zirkzee’s time in Germany as a Bayern Munich player.
She has close to 100,000 followers on her Instagram account (which might’ve been deactivated by her right now) and mostly uses the platform to promote products she’s modeling for.
The 24-year-old Netherlands’ born influencer has posted pictures of her modeling for many prominent fashion and beauty brands on her social media. Kerr has modelled for brands like Revolve, Missy Empire and even Boohooman in the past, posting pictures of herself trying out their designs or new attires on her Instagram.
Even though Zirkzee has never posted any pictures of the couple together, Kerr has been quite active in promoting their relationship in recent years.
Celina has often posted pictures of her and Zirkzee in vacation, showing themselves enjoying moments to themselves – even though the majority of her posts on Instagram are to promote products or showcase herself travelling to different places.

But Celina and Zirkzee’s relationship was promoted in a big way earlier this year in time for the 2024 Valentine’s Day.
Kerr, who is a part of the MUSE modeling agency (which has over 65 million overall followers on social media) and she managed to convince the Dutch forward to be part of a ‘couple’ promotional campaign for JD Sports.
Kerr models for JD Sports and managed to get Zirkzee to get in a unique segment where the two were tasked to styling themselves by wearing items exclusively available on the JD Sports website.
They opted to both wear something comfortable in Nike track pants and sweatshirts from the website, posting pictures of themselves ‘twinning’ with similar attire and also asking followers to buy from JD Sports’ platform.
Zirkzee brought his entire family to him for his presentation as a Manchester United player and had them pose for a picture at Old Trafford. Interestingly, Kerr was not involved in the picture which indicates that she might’ve been busy with some other work at that time.
Zirkzee likes to keep his personal life under wraps and there haven’t exactly been any instances where the couple have been seen in public since he moved to Manchester.
Kerr is probably happy to allow Zirkzee to live his dream as a Manchester United player, while she supports him and also tries to take major step forwards in her own modeling career by getting to advertise for bigger brands that can promote her on a global scale.
The 24-year-old Dutchwoman seems ambitious to become a prominent model in the near future, all the while keeping her lengthy relationship with Zirkzee as discreet as possible.
