Manuel Neuer conceded from all four shot on targets in Barcelona’s 4-1 thrashing of Bayern Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League.
Neuer just isn’t that shot-stopping superman anymore. In the 2024/25 season, Bayern have conceded 14 goals from only 20 shots on target. Out of that, 12 have been let in by Neuer.
He even cheaply conceded three goals from Eintracht Frankfurt’s four on target in Bayern’s recent 3-3 draw.
The goalkeeping legend was also caught in an awkward position for Jhon Duran’s goal in their loss to Aston Villa. Perhaps its time the Bavarians looked for the 38-year-old’s successor.
