In life, we all wish for the assets of our choice. In some way or the other; barring a few exceptions. However, money comes in between.
Fantasy football is no different. That’s why, as we head into gameweek 21, we are curating a list of the best budget assets to own in FPL now.
Here are the picks which can help you put out fires and revamp your fantasy fortunes, without burning your pocket. Because, you might be a millionaire in life, but FPL doesn’t allow you to have money in abundance.
Daniel Munoz (£4.7m)
Munoz is not only a nice budget pick but also a great differential for gameweek 21. He faces Robin Van Persie’s struggling Leicester City.
Interestingly, Crystal Palace’s fixtures shift to the easier side, starting this gameweek. They face the likes of Everton, Ipswich, West Ham, Brentford, and Fulham in the following seven gameweeks.
Munoz has goals against sides like Manchester City and Newcastle United in the Fantasy Premier League 2024-25. Also, there are two assists under his name.
Dan Burn (£4.4m)
Though Dan Burn can’t flex any goal or assist that’s credited with him, the English centre-back can be an easier route to the Newcastle defence. We must not forget that Eddie Howe’s men have churned out four clean sheets in the last five matches.
Meanwhile, Newcastle United will be facing Bournemouth, Southampton, and Fulham in the following three gameweeks. Hence, Burn doesn’t burn your purse, while being a cool option even beyond this gameweek.
Morgan Rogers (£5.5m)
Popular fantasy pick Morgan Rogers will be back this week against Everton, after serving his one-match suspension due to the fifth yellow he received in the Brighton clash.
Having registered six goals and four assists, the in-form Rogers will be a huge value-for-money option in GW21 and beyond.
Amad Diallo (£5.4m)
Amad has started the last six games for Manchester United and drawn accolades from all corners, including his young manager, Ruben Amorim.
The Ivory Coast midfielder, who has recently extended his Manchester United contract until the end of season 2030, has a plum fixture against Southampton at Old Trafford in GW21.
Amad has already hit the 80pts-mark in the Fantasy Premier League 2024-25 and raked in 9pts in an extremely difficult fixture at Anfield last week. He was also phenomenal against City at Etihad in GW16, grabbing 13pts from the encounter.
Diallo’s tally of three goals and seven assists at such an attractive price point, certainly justifies his 16.5% of FPL ownership.
