Tottenham and Manchester United have had a horrible season so far, stuck in the same boat as far as the points table goes.
So when these two sides met on Sunday… nobody knew what to expect.
But thanks to James Maddison’s early goal, it was Tottenham who came out on top.
As Spurs fans celebrated the victory, the spotlight unexpectedly shifted to Kevin Danso’s thighs.
Yes, you read that right.
After the match, Danso posted a series of photos from the game on X.
It didn’t take long for fans to notice—and obsess over—just how enormous his thighs were.
One user pointed out that this is why professional footballers earn so much, highlighting the sheer effort they put into building their bodies.
Another took the opposite stance, claiming Danso could become an injury-prone player.
Adding to the skepticism, another fan wrote, “Ange will turn those legs into string beans with hammy tears and muscle atrophy.”
But was quick to balance the statement out by saying – “Dembélé and Højbjerg would be proud.”
So while his massive thighs have left fans in awe, they are also having similar thoughts – worried that they could be an injury waiting to happen.
And honestly, we can’t blame them.
Injuries are the whole reason Kevin Danso is a Tottenham player in the first place.
Signed on loan from RC Lens in January, the 26-year-old center-back was Ange’s emergency solution to a squad crippled by over 10 injuries.
Danso’s move also comes with an obligation to make it permanent at the end of the season, meaning he’ll be handed a five-year contract worth £21m this summer.
So, in that case, here’s hoping Tottenham’s facilities can handle a Kevin Danso leg day for the foreseeable future!
