Celta Vigo and Hummel have unveiled a special edition kit for the 2025 season, the “Oliveira Dos Cen Anos”, a design deeply rooted in the club’s connection to the city of Vigo.
The kit draws inspiration from the iconic anthem of the same name, celebrating club pride and commemorating the Reconquista of Vigo in 1809.
The jersey features a monochrome aesthetic, primarily black with a white V-neck polo collar accented by black stripes.
A bespoke crest, inspired by the anthem itself, replaces the traditional club emblem on the left chest. On the back, the kit proudly displays the flag of Vigo.
Adding a personal touch, a verse from the anthem, “Na ledicia son celeste, celtista non padecer,” is hidden inside the neck.
Limited to 1,809 units, symbolising the year of Vigo’s reconquest, the “Oliveira Dos Cen Anos” kit will debut on March 31, 2025, against Las Palmas.
