Everything We Know About AC Milan Home, Away and 3rd Kits for 25/26 Season

AC Milan, Football Kits, Puma

AC Milan’s leaked designs for 2025/26 home, away, and third kits reveal a blend of tradition and innovation. Puma’s long-term partnership with the Rossoneri promises to honour the club’s rich heritage.

When AC Milan switched to Puma in 2018, it signalled more than a mere change in supplier; it marked the beginning of a partnership that would grow into a multimillion‐euro long‐term deal.

That collaboration was extended in June 2022—reportedly raising the annual value to €30 million per year. Since then, Puma’s motto has been to mix the classic Milanismo with forward-thinking style.

Below we dive into everything we know so far about each kit for 25/26 season –

AC Milan Home Kit for 25/26 Season

The leaked home kit embodies the essence of the Rossoneri.

The iconic red and black vertical stripes, a symbol of Milan’s storied past, dominate the jersey. However, the black stripes now include a subtle, almost camouflage-like pattern..

The kit features all-black sleeves with a simple crew neck in black.

A monochromatic AC Milan badge rests over the heart, complemented by the white Puma cat logo and the Emirates “Fly Better” sponsor displayed centrally.

Crafted with Puma’s renowned dryCELL technology, the home jersey is engineered to wick away sweat and keep players performing at their best.

On first look, the leaked home kit for 25/26 season looks a lot similar to the home version in the 20/21 season. Though, the pattern on that kit looked a lot calmer than this new leaked shirt –

AC Milan Away Kit for 25/26 Season

AC Milan’s away kit takes a departure from the home strip by adopting a white canvas.

The kit embraces a sleek, minimalist look along with an edgy twist—the incorporation of AC Milan’s devil emblem in place of the traditional club crest.

Dark green details on the collar and sleeve trims balance the red found on the sleeves.

Puma’s ULTRAWEAVE fabric marks the away jersey.

AC Milan Third Kit for 25/26 Season

The third kit offers an entirely fresh perspective.

Departing from the classic color schemes, the third kit presents a yellow base—a choice that recalls some of Milan’s classic alternate designs. The jersey is overlaid with a geometric watermark pattern that adds texture.

Teal, a color not traditionally associated with the Rossoneri, is used for the collar, sleeve trim, and even on the logos and sponsor text. A retro-inspired overlapping V-neck further underlines the balance between nostalgia and innovation.
