Aubameyang showing he’s all about the Arsenal life by rocking a training top during his holidays

Gooners surely had a mini heart attack when talkSPORT presenter Andy Goldstein shockingly claimed that Manchester United were looking at their star striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to replace Romelu Lukaku.

The Belgian striker has been linked with a move to Italy for some time now and according to Goldstein the Red Devil’s have turned their gaze to Aubameyang to solve their goal scoring problems.

The 46-year-old presenter said he had reliable “sources on the inside” who have informed him of United’s incoming £70 million bid for the Gabon international.

The presenter’s claims sent the alarm bells ringing around the Emirates with many Arsenal fans fearing that a Robin Van Persie like scenario will once again unfold this year.

But before the frenzy got out of hand, the pacey striker took it upon himself to clarify the situation and laregly quelled the rumours linking him with a summer exit shortly after these claims were first announced.

The former Dortmund hitman was absolutely clinical for the Gunners last season and finished the season as joint top scorer with 22 league goals.

While the North London outfit did manage to get into the Champions League spots last campaign they ultimately ended the season without any silverware after losing out to Chelsea in the Europa League final.

But instead of sulking in the disappointment of the loss, Auba wants his team to rally and aim for a trophy next time around.

The 30-year-old was full of positivity while talking to the club’s website and made it a point to reassure fans that he remains committed to taking the club to further heights in the future.

And it looks like he wasn’t joking around with his words either as the striker posted a video of his summer workout session from Florida.

In the video, Aubameyang can be seen working the treadmill sporting club merchandise and the post would have surely relieved fans after the transfer scare dropped by Goldstein.
