Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is widely referred to as a calm entity on the sidelines. The Manchester United boss has gathered massive praise for his man-management skills, which partly contributed to United’s resurgent form.
However, the Norwegian’s pacified approach as a coach doesn’t mean he would refrain himself from conveying his exasperation to his players.
During last week’s Premier League win against Bournemouth, the 47-year-old was left visibly frustrated with his defence as the Red Devils conceded against the run of play, 16 minutes into the game.
Bournemouth’s Junior Stanislas easily got past Harry Maguire, nutmegging the United captain before flashing the ball through David de Gea’s near post.
Solskjaer was left shell-shocked at his captain’s howler and made sure to express his discontent during the drinks break. The United boss gave a shrilling stare to his center-back as he passed on instructions to the rest of the team.

Although the Red Devils managed to turn around the sloppy start into an emphatic 5-2 win, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has well indicated to his team that there is no space for complacency at the club, and even more so as a captain.
