Arsenal players are currently enjoying a short vacation before they head back to London Colney to prepare for the 20/21 Premier League campaign.
Arteta’s men got the rest they deserved after a relatively happy end to a mediocre season by winning the FA Cup final against Chelsea on 1st August.
However, even chilling out on holidays isn’t as easy as it may seem for a footballer, especially if they are already under pressure from the fans for their flat performances over the season.
Hector Bellerin is one such player as a grainy photo of the Arsenal vice captain indulging in the nasty habit of smoking during his holidays circulated online.

The Spaniard was a solid performer among the Gunners’ ranks. However, an ACL injury back in January last year meant that the defender had to fight his way back into the team.
Further injuries and fitness problems though resulted in him rarely featuring in the starting XI this season. Although he did provide some much-needed stability at the back for the Gunners in the FA Cup final, the Arsenal faithful were slowly starting to lose faith in the 25-year-old’s credentials.
A possible departure away from London isn’t completely ruled out for Bellerin either, as former player Charlie Nicholas recently suggested that Arsenal should seize on an opportunity to cash-up on the right back.
The club is no stranger to witnessing their players face repercussions for having a smoke as former goalkeeper Wojciech Szczęsny confronted with the same controversy back in 2015 for the same reason.
