The rivalry between Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger continues to thrive despite the duo not locking horns for quite some time now.
The former Arsenal boss provoked the Portuguese when he said that he didn’t mention Mourinho even once in his new book (called My Life in Red and White) because he “wanted it to be a positive book”.
The current Tottenham Hotspur manager has now responded to not featuring in Arsene Wenger’s book in the most savage manner.
Speaking at a press conference before Spurs’ derby clash against West Ham on Sunday, Mourinho said that he’s not featured in the book – “because he never beat me. You are not going to do a chapter about 14 matches that you never win, so why should he speak about me in a book. A book is to make you proud!”
This kind of sh*thousery & rivalry between managers is needed again –
“He never beat me…” 👀
