Teun Koopmeiners might have just scored one of the best goals you will ever see to double AZ Alkmaar’s lead against PSV Eindhoven.
A midfielder by trade, Koopmeiners has been scoring goals for fun in the Eredivisie this season (9 goals in 16 matches) as he notched a first-half brace, which included an out-of-this-world lobbed goal against PSV.
The sheer technique to pull off a goal of this nature should not be taken lightly as the ball was mid-air when he connected, with his back facing the keeper.
Utterly filthy that, check out the Puskas contender from Koopmeiners below –

Things are very tight at the top of the table in Holland’s premier league as a win would see AZ come within four points of Ajax (at the top of the table), who have a game in hand v FC Twente tomorrow. Though, if PSV manage to somehow turn it around and win the game, they will go top with 37 points after 16 games (Soccerway).
