Leeds United were a part of yet another dramatic late finish as they came back to win 3-2 again with Kemar Roofe finding the scoresheet twice in added time.
Blackburn looked like they had scored the match-winner when Charlie Mulgrew found the net in the 90th minute but their celebrations were cut short with an impressive fightback from Leeds.
Despite going down right at the death, Leeds’ players showed no signs of giving up as they raced back to kick off again.
Even the referee was put under the pump by Swedish international Pontus Jansson, who was spotted rushing the official to kick start the game.
The Swedish centre-back had one of his finest display in a Leeds shirt as he enjoyed the most ball recoveries on the pitch and a passing accuracy nearing 90%.
Moreover, his efforts to get the game going evidently paid dividends as they ended up scoring 2 goals in added time to end the Boxing Day with a win.
