On a day when the men’s side bowed out of the title race in La Liga, Barcelona Femeni showed how it’s done in their UEFA Champions League final at Gothenburg last night.
The Luis Cortes-managed side had the final wrapped in the first half itself as they took an almost unassailable 4-0 lead in the Gamla Ullevi stadium.
Their third goal on the night was something special as Aitana Bonmati rounded off an audacious team goal after some brilliant ball movement from Martens, Hermoso and Putellas, check it out below –
