Anfield served up yet another glorious night of Champions League football as Liverpool picked up a win against Spanish champions Atletico Madrid, thus winning the “group of death” with a couple of games to spare.
While fans raved about resplendent performances from household names such as Sadio Mane, Diogo Jota and Trent Alexander-Arnold, there was a fleeting moment right at the end of the game which made the victory taste even sweeter.
As the referee’s whistle brought the encounter to a close, the cameras panned at Reds’ boss Jürgen Klopp who, in a moment of panache, brought an aerially-delivered ball to the turf with skilful ball control and balance.
Fans, who are often treated to “the normal one’s” touchline antics, picked up on his exquisite manoeuvre.

As things stand in Group B, Jürgen’s Red machine has already proven itself to be one of the leading contenders for lifting the title, having already done so in their sensational run during the 2019/20 season.
Up next, the red hot Merseyside outfit travels to East London to take on the in-form West Ham United in the Premier League.
