Croatian international Ivan Perisic has kept his cards very close to his chest regarding his future at Inter Milan, with his contract running out at the end of the season.
And while he claims to remain focused on helping the Nerazzurri stake claim on whatever silverware is up for grab, the 32-year-old appears to have taken a fancy for entirely a different sport altogether.
Making perfect use of the ongoing winter break, Perisic has been sweating it out at the gym while trying his hands at kickboxing, revealing a shaped body in the process.
Sharing videos and pictures of his training on Instagram, the Croatian can be seen throwing solid punches and then some kicks under the guidance of kickboxing champion Luka Tomic.
A rigorous regime that entails kicking and punching, the combat sport of kickboxing can be quite demanding, as is evidenced by the pictures wherein Perisic seems to have perfected his physique, flaunting his shredded six-pack and a chiselled frame.

Posing for the camera, the Croat is seen beaming with a wide smile as he takes a fighting stance. He might as well take on the sport for leisure sake once he retires professionally from football- who knows?

Or maybe the newfound passion is a way for Perisic to push the limits as he seeks to adapt under new manager Simone Inzaghi, whose tactics might not naturally suit the talented midfielder.
