The 1-4 victory for the Cityzens was predictable and rather unceremonious in nature, what was noteworthy, however, was the man who got on the scoresheet for the home side.
Scored by Aston Villa academy product Harry McKirdy the goal itself is nothing to write home about, the man who scored it on the other did seem to relish it.
The reason for this is his massive fandom of City’s title rivals Chelsea.

Nonetheless, on this occasion, he managed to accomplish and scored the only goal for the home side.
McKirdy struck low and slotted the ball past a diving Steffen, he then sprung into a full-fledged celebration despite the 3-1 deficit his side faced at the time.
His enjoyment of the goal exceeded all doubts as posted an image of the celebration on Instagram after the game.
