Arsenal have been on the Adidas train for a few years now and have seen the German manufacturers acting as their kit makers since 2019.
With the Gunners closing on a first Premier League title in nearly 20 years, it appears that Adidas might be preparing something special and unique for the Gunners in case they move into next season as defending league champions.
Arsenal’s home kit for the 2023/24 season has been leaked multiple times already and the latest one arrived via a leaked video.
It appears that Adidas are trying to slyly shoot promotional stuff for the next campaign’s home jersey but the tactic has caused a little bit of confusion over which is the ‘original’ version.

The tiny differences in Arsenal’s two leaked home kits
Last month, a leaked version of what claimed to be Arsenal’s home kit for next season went viral on social media.
It wasn’t really taken that well by the fans, who were disgusted at how basic and uninteresting the design looked like for what could be an important campaign for the Gunners – where they are poised to return to the Champions League after an eight-year drought.
But the initial leaked version might not even be the right one.
With fans sort of tuned out of club football amid the March international break, it appears that Adidas decided to use this part to shoot some promotional content for Arsenal’s next home kit.
One lucky fan was able to actually take evidence of this. They saw that a model had the new Arsenal home kit worn in a shoot near the Emirates Stadium. But a key difference can be seen in the kit being worn by the model as compared to the one that has been leaked.
It seems that the colors of the Fly Emirates and Adidas logos on the front of the shirt are white in this new leak. This was gold in the previous versions, which indicates that a change might’ve been made in that aspect.
A clear look at the newest version of the kit is unclear right now. But it also appears as the stripes on top of the shoulder region have also been changed from a golden color to white.
When will Adidas release the new Arsenal kit?
At this point, Adidas has not confirmed or even hinted about when they’ll be releasing the new Arsenal home kit for the 2023/24 season.
If history has been any indication, it’s likely to be released after the current season is over. A better time would be in mid-July or early July so that the Arsenal players can debut it for the first pre-season game in the USA in July.
However, some clubs have also made a habit of launching their home kits toward the end of the season. If Arsenal wins the title in May, they could wear the 23-24 home jersey in their final game at the Emirates Stadium against Wolves on 28 May.
But going by how underwhelmed the majority of Arsenal fans seem by both versions of the leaked kit, it appears that Adidas might have to make some little changes before readying them to be shipped around the globe later this year.
