New leaks have come forward suggesting a brand new design for Juventus’ third kit for the 23/24 season.
Glimpses of the now nearly-confirmed away kit design were first circulated months ago by @La_Bianconera, who have now solidified their predictions on the rumored new kits.
After a string of misses when it came to Juve’s third kits, Adidas has come up with something refreshing. The plain greyish-black shirt with touches of white perfectly embodies the color of Bianconeri.
The sleeve ends feature thick white stripes, and so does the collar, something that adds a dose of diversity to the kit.
Accents at the front and back are rumored to be in silver. Jeep continues to sponsor the Turin-based club for the 12th season in a row. The American automobile marque enters the final year of its contract with the Italian giants. It remains to be seen if the two come to terms for an agreement, extending the more-than-a-decade-long partnership.
If each of the leaked designs for Juventus’ kits for the upcoming season is to be true, all three shirts of the Bianconeri will feature different colored Adidas logos.
The Juventus crest with the three stars is represented in white.
After a succession of perplexing third strips from Adidas, which even included a “glow-in-dark” shirt, this leak feels like a breath of fresh air.
Unlike the rumored home strip, the third kit design has garnered positive reviews for the most part. The fans of the Old Lady largely seem satisfied after craving a decent third kit from Adidas.
This is how some of the fans online reacted. “This is okay compared to the ones we’ve seen recently” commented a Twitter user. “Simple and perfect,” remarked another user, whereas some seem ready to splash a €100 bill to get their hands on the jersey.
At the same time, some fans found the jersey “too plain” for their liking, a point that cannot be argued against. The absence of texture does give out a bland look which could be boring for some.
Previously, leaks related to Juve’s primary kit for the next season had come forward, which garnered negative reviews in surplus amounts.
Currently 7th on the Serie A table, Massimiliano Allegri’s side is still eyeing top four finish in the Italian’s second stint as Juventus boss. The Bianconeri came victorious in their first leg of the Europa League quarterfinal encounter against Sporting CP. They’ll head to Estadio Jose Alvado with a one-goal cushion.
