Erling Haaland is living his best life after having won the European Treble in his debut season with Manchester City and seems to have added a new Ferrari to his car collection. The Norwegian forward has been a busy man in the summer break, attending a lot of events to increase his popularity in the celeb world.
Haaland raised his reputation as one of the world’s best footballers with his heroics for Man City last season. He scored 52 goals in his debut campaign, driving them to the Premier League, FA Cup and UEFA Champions League titles.
He is now reaping the rewards of his hard work and having a lot of fun before he has to return to Pep Guardiola’s side for the start of the 2023/24 campaign. Haaland recently turned up in a Dolce & Gabbana event representing the colors of his club and even played the first FC 24 matches after being unveiled as the cover star for FC 24’s standard edition.
Erling Haaland seen in new Ferrari in Monaco
Soon after that, he continued his European tour and took a trip to Monaco to test out a new car for himself. He was probably invited by Ferrari themselves to test out their newest Ferrari Monza SP2. Haaland was spotted to be getting into the gorgeous black Ferrari – which is a two-seater supercar that can easily be used for racing as well.
It is a really, really fast car that can reach from 0-100 KM/H in a whopping 2.9 seconds! It’s top speed is around 350 KM/H and the car is capable of running in smooth sailing at high speed too. The Ferrari Monza SP2 is modeled after the Ferrari 166 MM ‘Barchetta’ – which was a popular open sports racing car during the 1950s and 1960s.
Besides its appearance as a Batmobile, the major USP about the Ferrari Monza SP2 is probably it’s price. It is priced at a whopping €1.7 million – making it one of the most expensive Ferrari’s around right now. Of course, it’s not like that kind of amount would be intimidating for someone like Haaland – who is the Premier League’s highest-paid player.
What cars does Haaland currently own?
The Norwegian forward’s wages – including all possible performance-related bonuses – are known to go up to £865,000-a-week. It’ll cost him around just under two weeks of his maximum wages at City to buy the Ferrari Monza SP2 and add it to his car collection.
Haaland has a reputation for being a massive supercar freak and has a number of lucrative vehicles in his collection. The most expensive car that is known to be owned right now is the Rolls-Royce Cullinan – which is priced at a respectable €280,000. This car can go to 0-60 in 5.2 seconds and is capable of reaching up to 250 KM/H.
The Man City forward also has a Range Rover Sport P510e First edition, in which he’s often been spotted in. This car is priced at around €145,500 and is more suited for daily use in Manchester. He also has a Mercedes in his collection in the form of the Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S 4 Matic Coupe.
This is an SUV that can hold many people and he mostly used this car during his time at Borussia Dortmund – with it priced at around €181,000. Finally, Haaland also has an Audi RS6 Quattro – which is also more of a family car and is priced at €151,000.
With that being said, his current car collection is just over €750,000 – which falls extremely short of the Ferrari Monza SP2. Haaland might be adding the Ferrari because he doesn’t own a single car from the Italian manufacturer – but he’s hardly unlikely use it to reach Man City’s training sessions next season.
