Fabrizio Romano has become THE go-to source for all transfer news on social media. His trademark ‘here we go’ catchphrase has secured legendary status. What the phrase basically means is that a transfer has been finalized and will be completed in due course.
Romano’s ‘here we go’ is as good as an official transfer announcement from any club. His catchphrase and sheer reliability has helped him become a highly popular person on social media.
But it appears that a lot of knockoffs are trying to create different variation of Romano’s catchphrase to hog on some social media fame. Over the last few months, a lot of Fabrizio Romano knockoffs have popped up with varying popularity.
WinnerTShipa
Perhaps the most popular knockoff or ‘inspired’ version of Romano is an African child with the TikTok name of ‘Winnertshipa’. This account is operated by a child in their early teens who tries their best to mimic Romano in confirming transfer deals. WinnerTShipa has become popular for his ‘There We Land’ catchphrase and has over 550,000 followers on TikTok and nearly 20,000 followers on X.
This kid ‘Winner Tshipa’ has been going viral recently on social media for his football news videos… Even coming up with his own “Here We Go” phrase – “There We Land” 😂👏🏼

The child became viral on Twitter after being mocked for trying his best in reporting the transfer deals and has earned a lot of praise for his admirable work. Romano himself has also shown his appreciation for Shipa, hilariously hinting that his job might be under threat.
Oooosss03
The popularity of Winnertshipa is encouraging more and more young football fans to try their best at being an amateur ‘journalist’. The TikTok user ‘Oooosss03’ is someone trying to become the new Romano with his catchphrase ‘There We Smile’.
They tried making a video to confirm Joao Felix’s move to Chelsea, which is yet to be confirmed by Romano himself. This user only has over 1900 TikTok followers, mostly as his phrase doesn’t make much sense.
YusufN26
The TikTok user YusufN26 (pen_merchant26) is trying their best to gain more popularity by trying to mimic the popular Italian journalist.
Yusuf recently posted a video of Felix’s move to Chelsea with his own catchphrase of ‘There We Produce’, indicating that the move is being ‘produced’. This user has over 6500 TikTok followers and growing, showing that his strange antics might be working.
Tamzy
Tamzy is another youngster trying his best to compete with Romano, at least when it comes to TikTok views. This user actually has over 34,000 followers on the platform and has gotten over 3 million likes on his videos.
Recently, he’s started to ‘announce’ transfer deals with the ‘There We Advance’ catchphrase, which is a logical one hinting that a deal will now advance near to completion.
ChinSoup7
An aspiring journalist on TikTok, ChinSoup7 has been quite proactive on the platform trying to get more views and increase his popularity as a Fabrizio Romano ‘alternative’.
He has made a number of videos and uses the catchphrase ‘Here We Skadaddle’ to ‘confirm’ the deals or contract extensions. The catchphrase itself makes no sense, but his funny manner in making clips has earned him over 16,000 followers on TikTok.
NayeemUtd
A Manchester United fan who is trying to get into the act of announcing transfers on social media, NayeemUtd actually has a huge fanbase on TikTok. He has over 560,000 followers on the platform and is an ardent Red Devil who often travels for matches too.
Nayeem has recently started trying to channel his inner Romano by making transfer announcements with the phrase ‘There We Waffle’ – something that doesn’t seem logical but is at least gaining him views on TikTok.
The Winnertshipa Knockoff
The hilarious thing about all these knockoffs is that there is now a knockoff version of the ‘There We Land’ kid – who is a knockoff of Romano.
A Nigerian tiktoker by the name of Favodavo, apparently a Liverpool fan, has started doing transfer announcements. He’s gotten over 17,000 followers on TikTok and is making announcements with a ‘Here We Land’ phrase, which is stolen from Winnertshipa.
OffTheFlank
An apparent football ‘podcaster’ and Manchester United fan, OffTheFlank is another up-and-coming TikTok journalist trying to create his own fanbase.
He’s released a few clips of announcing transfers with the bizarre ‘Touch Me Up’ catchphrase. This X-rated phrase has no relation to football deals as well, that’s probably why he has under 1000 followers on TikTok.
Ethan
The TikTok user EthanRunTheFUTMarket has also turned some heads by trying a unqiue way of knocking off Romano’s catchphrase. He has started announcing some transfers, like Dominic Solanke to Tottenham Hotspur or Matthijs de Ligt to Manchester United with the phrase ‘Prepare for Takeoff’.
This is a phrase normally used by pilots before an aeroplane takes off, which makes it weird for transfers. Ethan is yet to hit an fame, having under 1000 TikTok followers.
7IsDrizzy
A supposed Chelsea fan, 7isDrizzy is trying his best to hop on the football TikTok fame by coming up with his strange catchphrase.
He recently released a clip of Felix’s move to Chelsea with the ‘Ding Dong Ditch’ phrase. This bit doesn’t really seem relatable for football deals at all, but Drizzy has still managed over 2500 followers on the platform.
Adam1_26
A Spanish TikTok user with over 10,000 followers trying to earn his audience, Adam1_26 is probably the most ridiculous Romano knockoff yet.
He recently released a video on Julian Alvarez’s move to Atletico Madrid, with a picture of him kissing Romano on the cheek. Along with the announcement, Adam used a weird ‘I Am Circumsized’ catchphrase which probably makes him the most X-rated Romano knockoff.
