FPL Tracker: Which are the Best Bournemouth Players to Own Ahead of GW22?

Bournemouth, FPL

The equations in PL change fast. Really fast. Lightning fast. Faster than light, at times. And eventually, all these changes find a true reflection in the world of FPL.

Like, West Ham United were European champions less than two years ago, when they won the UEFA Conference League under David Moyes. Now, they are fighting with all they have, just in order to stay in the English top-flight.

On the other hand, Bournemouth is no longer an easy customer. Semenyo and co. have remained unbeaten since GW13. Therefore, it has been nine gameweeks when they were last beaten in the English Premier League.

Iraola’s boys currently occupy the eighth spot and have already done enough in this campaign, to call for admiration. Let’s explore the Bournemouth assets to find out the best bets.

Antoine Semenyo(£5.6m)

With budget forward Evanilson injured, none other than Semenyo emerges as our first choice from Bournemouth. He is a great creator of positive goal-scoring chances. The three assists under his name can vouch for that.

Semenyo has slotted home six goals with an xGI of 0.46 in the Fantasy Premier League 2024-25. 86pts in FPL at his price point seems a bargain.

Only yesterday, he scored a goal and provided an assist against Chelsea to snatch an important point from Stamford Bridge. Semenyo is a ‘special one’, as he has goals against both the teams from Manchester and Nottingham Forest in this campaign.

He appears to be the coolest pick from the Bournemouth team, while also being a great differential with only 6% of the managers choosing him in fantasy.

Milos Kerkez(£4.8m)

The Bournemouth left-back has already had his name written on the notebooks of many top teams across Europe, including Manchester United. With one goal and three assists in the campaign, Kerkez provides a constant threat in the attacking-third courtesy of his fiery runs. Incidentally, he registered double assists in his side’s famous win against Manchester City.

Having kept five clean sheets in the season so far, the Hungary international who has smashed 76pts till now, could be a great value addition to your team. Kerkez is still owned by just 7% of the FPL managers, making him another smart differential.

Meanwhile, Bournemouth will be facing Newcastle, Forest, and Liverpool in the next three, in what seems to be a really tough spell of fixtures. However, their assets will be eyeing to make it big when they encounter Southampton and Wolves in gameweek 25 & 26 respectively.
